Apply day and night, alone or preferably after an eye serum. The soft-touch texture is designed to be tapped onto the skin with light "piano" touches. Begin at the outer corner of the eye and work inward toward the nose. With any remaining product on the fingertips, follow along the brow bone and beneath the eyebrow in the opposite direction.
