DESCRIPTION Applied like a classic emulsion-milk cleanser, Skin-Friendly Cleanser draws on the same technologies used to formulate micellar waters, yet adopts a gel-like texture that simultaneously hydrates and refreshes upon contact. The formula combines a trio of moisturizing agents that hydrate, calm and soothe the skin; amino acids that help strengthen the cutaneous barrier; and lactic acid that rebalances the skin's microbiome and leaves the surface soft to the touch. CLEANSE – SOOTHE – REBALANCE With no soap and no alkaline pH to trigger irritation, this cleanser truly respects the biology of the skin — even the most reactive.

HOW TO USE

Pour a small amount of cleanser into the palm of your hands and apply onto dry skin. Gently massage over the face and eye area to dissolve all traces of makeup. Rinse off with running water or remove with a moistened sponge or cotton disk.

Note: although gel-textured, the product will not foam — which is why it must be applied on dry skin. Skin-Friendly Cleanser is not adapted for waterproof makeup.

XPERTMOIST®
A complex of amino acids — proline, alanine and serine — combined with a bio-marine ferment of Pseudoalteromonas, a "good" bacteria.

LACTIC ACID
Highly moisturizing (used here at a pH that is not low enough to exfoliate), it helps maintain the skin's natural pH and rebalance its microbiome.
