The precious lipids found in the golden algae Laminaria ochroleuca build a defense system against dryness and external aggressors, helping to counteract the inflammatory chain reactions induced by UV radiation and thereby contributing to reduce photo-induced aging.

ARGAN OIL
Naturally rich in plant sterols, argan oil is supremely moisturizing and nourishing. Its vitamin E content gives it remarkable antioxidant virtues that help delay the signs of aging caused by dryness. Argan trees grow only along the Atlantic coastline of Morocco — a precious oil, as 100 kg of fresh fruit are needed to obtain just 2 l of pure oil.

CERAMIDE-LIKE COMPLEX
A blend of amino acid derivatives replicates the lamellar structure of intercellular lipids to reinforce the epidermal barrier, helping to improve skin condition and its ability to retain moisture — particularly suited to the needs of mature skin.

CRYSTAL COMPLEX
LA CRÈME's signature innovation targets the skin's own cellular youth proteins. The complex is obtained from crystalline sap droplets hand-collected beneath a tree native to a single island. Extensive research has shown that the oil extracted from these droplets can increase the synthesis of the Klotho protein, which is involved in numerous signaling pathways leading to the re-establishment of ideal cellular function and contributes to augmenting collagen synthesis, for a densifying effect on the skin. Research and testing secured by the research partner CODIF RECHERCHE ET NATURE, using oil obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction of sap droplets collected from Pistacia lentiscus, a tree entirely native to the Island of Chios.
